Variations :
- For Tomato Flavor add in tomato ketchup and reduce the milk quantity.
- For Garlic and Pepper flavor add in 1 clove of grated garlic and 1/2 tsp crushed pepper.
- For Mustard flavor add 1 tsp of mustard sauce or kasundi to the mix and cook.
Notes:
- Do not use mozzarella cheese as this will curdle the dip.
- If using tomato juice or tomato ketchup reduce the amount of milk as the acid in the tomato will curdle the dip.
- Ensure to stir regularly or else you will end up with granulated and curdled dip.
- Season with salt if the cheese is not salty.
Dip sounds interesting. Must be perfect with pretzel too. Thanks for linking.
